We will get you in touch with one of the membership consultants when you join.

Once you have joined the 28 Day KICKSTART program, you will receive a call from one f our head coaches to have a quick chat with you. After this conversation, we will allocate you the most suitable coach based on your goals and needs.

As it is a private training service, you get to choose the most suitable times for you based on the availability of the coach.

Yes, our coaches are not dieticians however, they can map out your energy targets and recommend a food plan to improve your results.

We have a VERY FLEXIBLE ’same week policy’ that allows you to reschedule a booked session anytime in the same week subject to availability.

We have other coaches that can accomodate you for that session(s).

If you want to continue on, you go onto our ‘Lifestyle Program’ which is a rolling 4 weekly agreement.
